Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Vibe Tech Accessories.

3. Refunds

Refunds typically take 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.

Items purchased with a discount or promotion will have the refund issued minus the discount value.

Custom-designed or personalized phone cases
Opened or used hygiene products, including screen protectors
Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide return shipping at no cost and offer a replacement or full refund once the product is returned.
